My bf loved the bracelet. He cried. Great quality item. I love the rubber band option to wear. We utilized them. Only thing I wasn’t happy about, the end part of the chains weren’t flush. They were off and didn’t close neatly. Which also made it hard to add the charms to the bracelet. For the price I paid, I wouldn’t thought the link chain would’ve been sturdier and closed properly

This is a replacement for a bead on a bracelet I got my husband for Christmas. We ordered the black, and most of the black has rubbed off on the other bead, warranting the new one. My husband doesn't take it off when showering, in contact with water, so that could by why it rubbed off so quickly, but wish the black lasted longer. At this price point I'll continue to replace for now, but as we have more kids and more beads are added, we'll likely look elsewhere for a bracelet like this.

My wife got me the Dan Bracelet for Christmas last year with her initials and my son's initials. A few weeks ago, I ordered an additional charm with our newborn's initials to add to the bracelet, and when it came in, the etching style and font had changed, and it didn't match the other 2 charms. However, Soyer customer service was INCREDIBLE and sent me 3 new charms to make sure that they all matched. This bracelet is one of my favorite things, and having my wife and 2 kids’ initials with me is such a meaningful part of my wardrobe. I am a fan of Soyer and recommend them to everyone! Great customer service is rare but means so much to me. I'm a lifelong fan! Thank you!
